Fretless Bass

Ofer was Born in Haifa, Israel. He began violin at age 6, classical guitar at 12 and played in his first band at 14. During manditory military service, he became a music instructor for the Israeli Army Band, then moved on to play in Europe, jamming and/or opening for the likes of Jack Bruce & XTC.

In 1990 Ofer moved to Canada.
He now lives in Hillsburgh, Ontario and is married to the very talented lyricist, Sue Veeck. pictured at left.

 

Ofer and Jerry Staples formed the Free Agents Band in 2000 and are currently working on their 3rd CD, which is co-written, recorded and co-produced by Ofer.

 

 

Ofer has a woodworking company called dagan designs.
