Norma Pokocky was born in Montreal, and raised in Calgary, Alberta and Oakville, Ontario.
She now lives in Ospringe Ontario, with husband Bill and has four sons who
are all musical.
Norma is classically trained on guitar. She is well known in the community for her teaching (guitar - all styles) and her various public performances, which range from weddings, community events, fine restaurants. Norma is currently working on a duet with Jerry Staples and appears with The Free Agents Band for special events.
While Norma is a very versatile and open minded musician, it's her (nylon string) classical guitar style that is a refreshing treat to both the average listener and the informed enthusiast.
